Model #LHW0050PQ4, The cold water valve failed allowing water to continuously flow into the tub until water running across the floor was discovered. Replacing the water valve solved the problem, but looking at the valve inlet, debris from the house water line has been building up inside and most likely prevented the valve from closing properly. Best to check your valve screens every so often.
